** Note: Proof of completion of the court ordered Driving Under the Influence Program is required by the Department of Motor Vehicles before a valid California driver's license will be issued. In compliance with SB 1696, a DL 101 certificate will be electronically submitted by the DUI Program directly to the DMV headquarters in Sacramento upon completion of the program and full payment of fees. |
